Lex is a strong, sexy business woman. As any
human, she has secrets and a broken heart. Lex's best friend Roni, convinces
her to try online dating. A topic which gets a scoff reaction from most people. Seriously...do any "real" people online date?! Then again, the lure of it can be huge when you think about the fact that the next best place for a single person to meet people is in a bar. Not usually the place you find men at their best. When we are first introduced to Lex she comes off as superficial and kind of annoying (in that oh so perfect way), but the more I read the more I realized she is actually very sweet.
Slowly you learn more about Lex and her past. She is
loved by her best friend, mother and several people from her town. There is a bit of a love triangle (maybe ;) ) at one time, and we are warned by the author that this "isn't just a story about love. It's a story about anguish."...a story where we get to see Lex grow into the woman she is meant to be. Be ready for
Lexi with an open mind and enough time because you will not want to put the
book down.
