This story is absolutely heart wrenchingly beautiful. It’s sweet, sexy, rough, hot, tender, and
very emotional. It’s a love story you
won’t want to miss!

Hayden. Foul mouthed, heavily tattooed, pierced,
gorgeous, passionate and intelligent with a harsh exterior. But there is a
sensitive and caring side lurking underneath it all. You just need to get past his armor to see
it.

Tenley and Hayden couldn’t be more opposite on the outside. But what’s on the outside isn’t what counts. Tenley and Hayden both have pasts they hide
from others and each other. If you let
someone in, you automatically assume the risk of losing them; and, that’s one
thing neither Tenley nor Hayden are willing to do. For as attracted as they are to one another,
their ability to open up and trust makes for a fragile relationship. As much as they want to open up, their fears
keep them from opening that box. Tenley’s
inability to accept that she could possibly deserve someone like Hayden, and
Hayden’s fear that Tenley won’t be able to accept his past has the pair walking
the tightrope of truth and trust.

Clipped Wings is
one of those books that I thoroughly love.
It’s difficult to convey how absolutely attached I am to this story and
these characters. Yes, I’ve read stories
about broken and fragile characters before, but they don’t hold a candle to the
attachment I have to Tenley and Hayden.
The dual POV writing makes it easy to fall in love with
Tenley and Hayden. The ability to feel
every emotion and see just how vulnerable they are makes reading this a
wonderful and highly emotional experience.
Your emotions will run the gamut with this one. It’s captivating and intense, and you will
find it next to impossible to put it down.
Tenley and Hayden will definitely capture your heart and haunt your
thoughts for days after you finish.
This series will definitely make it on to my favorites shelf
for sure!
