     As we all know I am a huge MC fan. I have been following Nina since before Storm even released! I heard about it from a friend and stalked Amazon waiting for it. Each book is a bit beter than the one before. Blade has been an interesting character that was introduced, but didn't have a lot of action in the previous books. After reading Slay I can only say that that was an injustice to the world of Storm MC. If anything I think Blade needs to be added into EVERY scene! OMG...he is one hot man. While not a member of the MC, he is a part of the family. The bastard son of the president he has recently befriended his half brother and sister and is helping out with some difficult times with the MC (cough cough douchebag dad cough). 

     Layla is a strong independent woman who really doesn't need to be saved, but really...who can resist a hot and sexy knight in shining armor. Her story is enough to break your heart. I only wish we had gotten a little more of it. Overall, this book was a fine addition to the Storm family and I cannot wait to see what Nina comes up with next!

    Seriously, is there anyone who is not surprised that I loved this book?!?! I have been a huge fan of Laura Kaye since I read Heart in Darkness and every book she writes just gets better!!! We've been following the men of Hard Ink since they first got back together to find out what really happened to not only their teammates, but themselves. It's been a long road of betrayals and each new piece of information leads them a bit closer to the truth. Along the way with the heartache they are each finding love. Marz has been one of my favorites since the beginning and I have been impatient for his story. Laura did not disappoint! He is hot, self deprecating, and everything a man should be. His relationship with Emilie may start off shady, but this man knows what he wants and is not afraid to do what needs to be done to get it. 

    Each book leads us closer to the truth and there is a surprise around every corner. One of the things I love about this series is that a new reader could pick up any book in the series and love it as each story is solid in and of itself. But the over arching story line is what feeds my soul. I am dying for the next book, but I'm also a bit sad. I am not ready for this journey to end! If you are looking for a series that will enthrall you and keep you on the edge of your seat then you really need to check this one out. You will not be disappointed!
